The Comparative Law Journal is a periodic publication established by students of the University of Oxford. This platform is dedicated to exploring, analyzing, and sharing insights into global legal systems through the lens of comparative law.

Our Vision

We aim to:

What We Offer

Get Involved

Membership is open to all University of Oxford students, encouraging participation from diverse backgrounds and jurisdictions. Join us to contribute, learn, and connect with peers who share a passion for comparative law.

By focusing exclusively on comparative legal research, the Comparative Law Journal not only fills a critical gap in student-led initiatives but also enhances Oxford’s contribution to global legal dialogue. Together, we are building a platform that inspires intellectual growth, fosters collaboration, and drives meaningful discourse in comparative law.

Join the journey. Explore the law beyond borders.

Comparative Law Journal has adopted Non-sports Standard Constitution, Code of Conduct and Complaints Procedure.

Note: Comparative Law Journal is not yet officially registered as a club at the University of Oxford. The only affiliation that we currently have with the University of Oxford is that Comparative Law Journal is established by the current and former Oxford University Students. This is a test version of the web-page.
